EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Northern Traders Gallery offers original design cast iron pots and accessories, tattoo and medical
supplies, in additional to candles, crystal and much more. Your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Due to the popularity of our many of our products and the time it takes to manufacture some of our larger pots,
a product will occasionally be out of stock. If you would like a particular pot reserved for you, just email us
and we will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected delivery date,
although we usually post on the website when an item is out of stock and the expected arrival date.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If an item is received by the customer defective or damaged, you must contact Northern Traders Gallery at
(800) 704-6111 within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to promptly correct the problem.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
After we have confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return in its original condition,
a Store Credit Memo will be issued and e-mailed to you for your records. Your store credit is valid
for one year and is based on the purchase price. Should you need to return merchandise, please note
the following requirements. Omission of any of these details is cause for the merchandise to be
returned to you. We value your time and want to make this process quick and easy for you.
* Northern Traders Gallery will not issue refunds for returned merchandise without pre-arrangement.
* Contact us for a return authorization number.
* Please indicate the reason for your return and enclose with your
shipment.
* Return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials
(instructions, etc.)
* Your return must be postmarked within 10 days (commencing from the date you receive your order).

WHEN MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED
Northern Traders Gallery will not issue refunds for returned merchandise without special arrangements made by phone.
Regrettably, we will not exchange merchandise for the following reasons:
Merchandise that is sent back to us after 10 days
Merchandise that has been used or merchandise not in its original condition
Personalized or customized items
Perishable or edible items
We regret that we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
For your protection, we recommend you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with
insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

DROP SHIPMENTS
Our standard shipping time is same or next day shipping for in-stock items. Shipping charges are not included
in the price of the merchandise unless otherwise notated. Orders are charged in full upon first shipment of merchandise. Items ordered
together may arrive in different boxes at the different times. For an additional fee, in-stock
merchandise can be shipped overnight, 2 day or 3 day shipping. Please contact customer service at
northerntraders@earthlink.net or toll free at (800) 704-6111.
Northern Traders Gallery does not ship COD to our customers. If you provide us with a PO Box address,
your order will arrive by United States Postal Service. USPS is not always the most inexpensive way
to ship cast iron, so we will almost always use the least expensive method of shipping your items.
At this time, Northern Traders Gallery ships items in the contiguous United States and Canada and overseas
in some instances. Overseas buyers must contact via email first so shipping costs can be worked out.

UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE
If your order is returned to Northern Traders Gallery for any reason, we will make every attempt to
contact you immediately either by telephone or email. Please make sure that your shipping information
on your order is correct. All orders re-shipped at your request will require an additional reshipping
fee. Orders returned and not reshipped will be refunded to you less a 30% re-stocking fee.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Northern Traders Gallery endeavors to promptly ship your order. If your order has not yet shipped, please

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Money orders. We do not accept
personal checks without allowance for bank clearance. All transactions are protected by Authorize.Net Merchant Account
Services. Authorize.Net Merchant Account Services is a secure transaction engine for processing and managing credit card
payments. If you are uncomfortable submitting your credit card information over the internet,
simply call our customer service department toll free at (800) 704-6111.

SALES TAX INFORMATION
Texas residents are subject by law to a 8.25% sales tax; customers from other states are not
charged sales tax.

PRIVACY POLICY
* When you provide your private information such as: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Credit Card
information on our order form, we use that information to process your order. We do not share
this information with any other entity and we secure this information with Authorize.Net
Account Services.

* We ask for your e-mail address so we can notify you that your request has been received.
